HREÑUK S.A.

In 1936, Mr. Demetrio HREÑUK, son of Ukrainian immigrants, with the active participation of his wife Catalina, founded a family business which in the first years was dedicated to the planting, harvesting and drying of yerba mate. In 1966, he acquired his first mill and began marketing processed yerba mate. This is how Yerba Mate ROSAMONTE was born.

Over the years, the company HREÑUK S.A. was founded on the same trunk and extended its production, processing and marketing activities to other areas of economic activity, adding tea, aquaculture, livestock, forestry and slaughterhouses.

HREÑUK S.A. works honestly and is committed to the quality of its products. It has always endeavoured to satisfy the needs of the consumer, continually adapting to the changing demands of an increasingly demanding national and international market.

At Rosamonte, no pesticides or artificial fertilisers are used. Rosamonte yerba grows in the fields of Misiones and northern Corrientes, where the clay soil, rich in phosphoric acid, potassium, iron oxide, organic nutrients and free of agrochemicals, offers the best scenario for its evolution.
